Next, I am going to tell you about quality of chocolate. Generally, the solid chocolate is weak to heat and easy to melt. When the chocolate preserve for a long term, it may become white. This phenomenon is said blooming phenomenon. The flavor and the taste are inferior though there is no problem even if it eats the one that the bloom was caused. The solid chocolate is easy to carry, so it is enclosed with the military ration, and it is carried as emergency provisions such as climbing mountain. There is a rumor that acne can be done by eating chocolate. There are a lot of people who appeal to be able to do acne easily by eating chocolate as an experience, too. However, it is no the scientific basis now. Moreover, there is a superstition of bleeding at the nose when eating chocolate too much. It is no the medical rationale. When it eats chocolate, most animals except the human such as the dog, cats, and birds get poisoned. This might die because it cannot metabolize the Theo bromine included in the chocolate and the cocoa, etc.
Next is history of chocolate. The cacao was grown in Central America and a Mexican southern part in 2000 in B.C... The cacao was valued highly by circulation as money by the 15th century. The first domestic chocolate in Japan was manufactured in 1878. Various chocolate confectioneries came to be sold from the cheap one to the expensive one in postwar Japan. A variety of kinds of chocolates came to circulate imported of the cacao bean being liberalized in especially 1960, and continuously by imported of the chocolate product having been liberalized in 1971.
Next is chocolate day. Manners that presented the chocolate at Valentine's Day were started by chocolate company CAD Bury Company in Britain of the 19th century. The anniversary was enacted as "Day of the chocolate" starting with having come to present the chocolate in Japan at Valentine's Day, and it was established in the 1970's.
Lastly, it is cooking that used the chocolate. Most girls make chocolate dish at Valentine's Day. The chocolate is liked by everyone. Various sweets can be made from the chocolate. You can try to cook it!!
