However, there is at present no precise definition about the name of the chocolate beverage. Next I tell you about kind of chocolate. There are about five kinds of chocolates. It is Sweet chocolate, Semi-sweet chocolate, Milk chocolate, High milk chocolate and White chocolate. The sweet chocolate is a chocolate that doesn't contain the powdered milk. The one that bitter is strong might be called a bitter chocolate. The semi-chocolate is a chocolate from which some amounts are mixed with the powdered milk. The milk chocolate is a chocolate with which the powdered milk is mixed. The high milk chocolate is a chocolate with which the powdered milk and some non-fat cacaos of the amount are mixed. The white chocolate is a chocolate where the powdered milk is mixed, and non-fat cacao is not included.
Next, I am going to tell you about quality of chocolate. Generally, the solid chocolate is weak to heat and easy to melt. When the chocolate preserve for a long term, it may become white. This phenomenon is said blooming phenomenon. The flavor and the taste are inferior though there is no problem even if it eats the one that the bloom was caused. The solid chocolate is easy to carry, so it is enclosed with the military ration, and it is carried as emergency provisions such as climbing mountain. There is a rumor that acne can be done by eating chocolate. There are a lot of people who appeal to be able to do acne easily by eating chocolate as an experience, too. However, it is no the scientific basis now. Moreover, there is a superstition of bleeding at the nose when eating chocolate too much. It is no the medical rationale. When it eats chocolate, most animals except the human such as the dog, cats, and birds get poisoned. This might die because it cannot metabolize the Theo bromine included in the chocolate and the cocoa, etc.
